Beautiful piece...purchased because I loved the style and colour

Although it didn't suit the purpose for which I purchased it, it sits waiting for further inspiration from me. I love the design and colour of the item and know I will find just the RIGHT place for it in the fullness of time.

Rubbish brought a wardrobe 2 months …

Rubbish brought a wardrobe 2 months later all the runners don't work. Cheap mdf wood poor quality would never buy anything off them again. I paid 240 for a tall boy on sale by the way. Rubbish

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE - I DO NOT ADVISE BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY
Unfortunately I did not read trust pilot reviews before buying with temple and Webster:
We ordered multiple items - they did not arrive for at least a month - we ended up cancelling many due to the fact we were getting nowhere with customer services on chasing them up. Customer services, whilst polite, were generally unhelpful unless via email - but of course you have to go through the internet chat to achieve this. I calculate having spent at least 45 minutes of my time on e chat on each occasion - multiply this by about 5 times and you have the length of time required to even chase furniture whereabouts. We were also informed after enquiry some of our items were on back order to the tune of 6 weeks before they could even be shipped - information not made available upon purchase. We were told due to increased volumes of orders over the sales period they had delays - if this was the case- why allow people to order without warning of delays?
We particularly wanted an entertainment unit via T&W as it is just the right size - we paid 170 dollars for special delivery on top of the expense for the piece itself - nearly 1000 - we are still waiting a month later!! Initially they sent a message saying it had been 'delivered' - and took photos of what appeared to be a depot - I had to explain on e chat that no -this was clearly not my residential address as indicated by bollards and a building site sign stuck on the wall - I was asked whether I was 'sure' it really hadn't arrived. We waited a further 2 weeks for a replacement - it still isn't here - we are told it may arrive in 4 days - I am not holding out hope. Of the few items decided to wait for we were rewarded with one or two nice pieces - these took a long time to arrive but do look pretty. However, of the few items that made it to us - one of them arrived damaged and is not useable -making the item's pair useless also. Even if some of the items that arrive are of good quality I don't think the pain of going through T&W customer service and delivery arrangements is worth it. They have been holding approximately 1000 to 2000 dollars of my money since 14/1/2021 and we received approximately 50 per cent of items originally ordered - 1 of which is damaged. I am still awaiting the entertainment unit.

Both the original package and the replacement package were lost. 3 months and no item. Waiting for a refund which hopefully won't take as long.

Extremely dissatisfied

Extremely dissatisfied, Order placed on 1st December, 31st December can not get a delivery date or time that is adhered to. Always the same response from the delivery company, "we are experiencing delays". We are not allowed to collect parcel from transport depot where it has been from December 18. Maybe we should try another supplier?

Terrible communication and service

I ordered a mattress in mid November. It was dispatched and when I tracked it through post it sat at the same location in a mail sorting centre for over one week. When I noticed it hadn’t moved I contacted the post who advised that it was now sent back to temple and Webster due to over sizing.
I received no call to inform me of this as I only lived 30 mins away and could have collected from mail depot.
When I finally got through to temple and Webster they apologised and stated very clearly they will dispatch another immediately.
This was on 2nd Dec. I received an email on 8th December to advise it has been dispatched and I would receive within 5 days. They had advised they sent through a courier company.
After 7 business days I contacted the courier who advised they had no consignment number of the sort and there was nothing listed.
No one from temple and Webster could help me, and no one from the courier company could assist, clearly because the order didn’t exist.
I requested my money back, which was given to me, and I was also advised I would still receive the product.
Still nothing. Very poor communication. I’ll never use them again.
